What is the status of my order?

How can I cancel my order?

You can always cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Once your package has been shipped, you can only cancel it after you receive it. For further assistance, please email help.caseproject@gmail.com. Our customer service team will process your cancellation, and you will receive a refund.

How do I return an item?

You can always return an item for any reason once you have received your package. Simply email our customer support at help.caseproject@gmail.com, and they will guide you through the return process. Note: The return shipping fee, which ranges from €4.95–€7.50 depending on your location, will be deducted from your refund.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact our customer support at help.caseproject@gmail.com. Send a photo showing the damaged item, and we will either send you a brand new replacement or issue a refund.

Do you ship worldwide?

How long does shipping take?

Processing time is 1–2 business days.

Shipping usually takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For express shipping, we use the fastest and most reliable local carriers in each country, including DHL, PostNL, Royal Mail, FedEx, and others.

What if I entered the wrong address when placing my order?

It’s important to contact us as soon as possible, as we may not be able to change the address once the order has already been shipped.
